This will be a ‘batch cooking’ event presented by Makerplace Chef Brian. You will learn how to
improve your knife skills by cutting up a fresh chicken and fresh veggies. You will take home
savory recipes and a ‘batch’ of meals for 2, to include Chicken Soup, White Chicken Chili and
Chicken Marsala with a wing snack on-sight to reward your culinary efforts.
