In May, the Foundation hosted a new batch cooking class, featuring Chef Brian demonstrating techniques for making three delicious salads. One to take home (Caesar with fresh croutons and Creamy Caesar Dressing), and two others to make and taste at the end of the event (Strawberry, Avocado and Corn
Salad as well as an Avocado and Grapefruit Salad), along with a refreshing treat. Chef provided recipes and instructed participants through the skills and tips to make the salad experience easy and delicious this Spring and Summer.
